We construct our long/short portfolio by using a combination of fundamental, technical and quantitative analysis to deliver risk adjusted returns on capital. 

 

Our real estate investment criteria targets commercial & multifamily investment opportunities throughout the east coast of the United States.

Our network of commercial lending solutions range from CRE financing (including hospitality), bridge financing, SBA loans, equipment financing, purchase orders, accounts receivables, project financing and working capital. Transactions range between $2m - $100m+.

Lastly, our private equity platform focuses on acquiring and investing in small business's throughout the east coast united states with a strong focus in the New York Metropolitan area.
