Managing Partner

Mr. Migliazza is the Founder & Managing Partner of Round Hill Holdings. He is responsible for all of Round Hill’s investment decisions and portfolio management. Previously, Mr. Migliazza was a financial advisor at Chatsworth Securities, a boutique Investment bank in Greenwich, CT where he focused on M&A transactions, restructuring and capital raising. During his time, Mr. Migliazza advised on transactions representing over $1 billion of deal value across sectors globally and spent significant time in Real Estate & Energy. Mr. Migliazza also held positions with Private equity firm RockCreek Partners LP where he focused on transaction management for lower middle market opportunities in real estate & renewable energy.
